Faqs

  • We’d love for our guests to dress up and celebrate with us in style!

Cocktail attire would be considered polished but not overly formal. Think semi-formal, a step-up from smart casual but not quite black tie.

For women: Dresses, elegant jumpsuits or dressy separates. The more colourful the better! Please also consider shoes that can handle grass for the ceremony.

    Please no white dresses.

For men: A suit or jacket with dress trousers and a button-down shirt. Ties are optional but always appreciated!

We respectfully ask for no jeans or athletic-wear please.

  • While we love your little ones, we would prefer our wedding to be an adults-only affair.

Think of it as a night off, put your feet up, enjoy a glass (or three) of bubbly and let someone else handle the bedtime routine!

Please contact Jenna if you have any issues and we can make a plan.

  • The venue can accommodate most dietary restrictions, please include any details on your RSVP.

  • We are happy to consider this, but please contact Jenna before the RSVP date (15 September)

  • Kindly note that shuttle transport from the venue’s carpark to the ceremony will run between 2:00 and 2:30 PM.

There’s no need to arrive before 2:00 PM, as transport will not be available earlier.

  • Please park in the Zorgvliet carpark by the main entrance.

  • The ceremony will be by the main chapel.

There will be no need to walk there, as shuttle transport will be provided from the carpark to the ceremony and will run between 2:00 and 2:30 PM.

  • The DJ will stop at 1am. We do not expect people to stay until this time, so please feel free to leave as and when you wish.

We suggest organising taxis for around midnight onwards.

A note about taxis: While Uber and Bolt work well in and around Stellenbosch, it can be tricky to get a ride for short distances. This is especially true near Zorgvliet, where drivers are often reluctant to accept short trips.

If you’re staying close to the venue, we recommend arranging a shuttle or private transfer in advance to avoid any delays
